1. Services & Coaching Scope
Tutoring with EC provides private and group online Business English coaching, written learning plans, and practice materials for professional communication. Our instruction focuses on practical workplace communication skills (meetings, email, presentations, interviews, client conversations). We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, or visa approvals.
2. Business English Diagnostic & Credit
The initial Business English Diagnostic ($29) is a 45-minute private evaluation resulting in a written 30-day learning plan. The full $29 fee is credited toward any ongoing coaching package or monthly subscription purchased within 7 calendar days of the diagnostic.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Private coaching sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 24 hours advance notice through the student portal. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice or unexcused no-shows are deducted from your active monthly session allowance.
4. Technology Failure Rule
If a session is disrupted by verifiable internet connectivity or platform outages on either the instructor or client side, any lost instruction time will be rescheduled or made up without penalty.
5. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation
Monthly coaching plans (Professional Core and Professional Accelerator) renew automatically on a 30-day cycle. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your PayPal account or the billing tab in your student dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.
